4. AI Tool Terms

For AI tools:

  • you may submit text for rewrite within posted limits
  • your text is sent to an AI provider to generate output
  • AI output can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable

You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated output before use, publishing, or business decisions.

Do not submit sensitive personal, legal, medical, financial, or confidential data into AI tools.

5. Your Content and Responsibility

You retain rights to text you submit.

You represent that you have the right to use submitted content and that using it with our service does not violate law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, software logic, and original site content (excluding user-submitted text) are owned by or licensed to HookGenie AI.
